Lead + Senior Mechanical Engineers Responsibilites: - Lead and mentor junior colleagues and lead and run your own projects.
- Utilizing your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines.
- Implementing best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings.
- Taking charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and providing support for larger projects.
- Maintaining effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
- Establishing strong client relationships and identifying potential business development opportunities.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives.
About you: - Possess a degree in Mechanical or Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Have an understanding of relevant calculation packages such as Camel and preferably able to use Revit modelling software
- RPEQ and CPEng accredited
- Be competent with Microsoft O.ice suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Extensive experience in the building services sector, applying Australian building codes and standards.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
